We pursue the optimal deck size and design, taking into account the body shape and skating style unique to Japanese people. The distance to the nose of the deck plays an important role in the execution of tricks on skateboarding, especially in oly and flips. Compared to Western skaters, Japanese people are on average different in height and leg length, so there are differences in the way they put in force and their stance on decks of the same size, which ultimately affects their performance. A nose that is too long requires extra force when tricking, and you have to take a wide stance, which can interfere with smoothness and style. LESQUE has developed an ideal deck length and shape for Japanese skaters by recaling these challenges. As a result, skaters can achieve natural and efficient tricks, and it is a deck that can maximize their unique style.
